The Full System — Not Just Boxing
Lift. Eat Right.
Box.
After 17 years of coaching I have never seen a boxer reach their ceiling without all three working together. Most people treat boxing, strength training, and nutrition as three separate things. They are not. They are one system. Boxing gives you the skill and the cardiovascular system. Strength and conditioning gives you the athleticism, the power base, and the recovery capacity to train harder and more often. Nutrition gives your body what it needs to build, perform, and repair overnight. I coach all three because you cannot separate them and expect real results. This is what The Source Method is built around — becoming self-sufficient in all three so that when you are with your coach you are maximizing that time instead of starting from zero.
Boxing
Skill development, cardiovascular capacity, coordination, and fight IQ. The Daily ISH Library is your boxing system — one combination per week from the greatest fighters in history, film study through six complete guided workout days. I coach this.
Strength and Conditioning
Build the athletic foundation your boxing runs on. Compound movements — squats, deadlifts, presses, rows — build the power base that transfers to punching power and ground force generation. Two to three sessions per week alongside your boxing. The weekly structure below tells you exactly when and how. I coach this.
Nutrition
Your calorie target and meal plan are both above — built specifically for your goal and your body weight. Protein is the most important variable — minimum 1 gram per pound of bodyweight every day. I coach this too. Nutrition is not separate from your training. It is part of the system.
The Weekly Structure That Works
Monday, Wednesday, Friday — Boxing training using the Daily ISH Library
Tuesday, Thursday — Strength and conditioning — compound movements, 45 to 60 minutes
Saturday — Light boxing or active recovery — drilling only, no heavy sparring
Sunday — Rest. Let the adaptation happen.
I am the answer to all three. The Daily ISH Library covers the boxing — film study, coaching breakdown, heavy bag work, and six complete guided workout days every week. The nutrition plan above covers your eating. The strength and conditioning structure above covers your athletic foundation. Your calorie target, your meal plan, your weekly training structure, and your boxing system are all here. The only thing left is to start.
